      摘要:In recent years, reconfigurable intelligent surface (RIS) is regarded as one of the promising technologies for 6G because of low power consumption, low cost and the ability to improve communication transmission rate. The progress in measurements for RIS-assisted wireless communication systems was reviewed, with the time-domain and frequency-domain measurement systems introduced. The prototype verification for large-scale fading models, small-scale fading models and channel reciprocity were summarized. Then, the advancements in measuring RIS hardware was reviewed, characteristics were concluded in power consumption, bit levels, polarization, and active RIS. Furthermore, the measurement on RIS coverage enhancement were summarized, introducing the impact of deployment locations, phase design, and effective rank on performance of coverage enhancement. Finally, future research directions and potential challenges faced by practical RIS measurements were discussed.

    • RIS-assisted multi-user beam tracking system and hardware experiment

      摘要:Reconfigurable intelligent surface (RIS) effectively improves the performance of 6G communication systems by intelligently controlling the electromagnetic propagation path. However, the integration of a large number of reflecting elements in RIS increases the complexity of multi-beam control and enlarges the codebook search space, leading to insufficient real-time control capabilities and difficulties in multi-user beam tracking. To enhance the applicability of RIS in multi-user mobile scenarios, an innovative inverse diffraction-based field source iterative model was proposed to rapidly generate near- and far-field multi-user control codebooks. A RIS-assisted single base station positioning scheme was designed to sense the movement of users and switch beams in real-time. A prototype of a RIS-assisted multi-user beam tracking system was developed, enabling fast beam alignment during multi-user mobility. Experimental results show that millisecond-level beam switching can achieve real-time information transmission for mobile multi-users.

      摘要:The rapid development of wireless technology has driven a high level of informatization in modern warfare, opening a new era in electronic countermeasures (ECM). With the continuous innovation of advanced radar technology, the survival capability of weapons and equipment such as missiles and aircraft is facing unprecedented challenges. The development and application of electromagnetic stealth technology can effectively enhance the survivability of modern weapons, which becomes a crucial direction for military technology development. However, traditional electromagnetic stealth technologies are often constrained by practical conditions and fail to meet the stealth requirements of military operations. To address this issue, intelligent reflecting surface (IRS)-enabled electromagnetic stealth technology was proposed. This technology utilized IRS to suppress or redirect reflected signals, thus achieving adaptive transparent or deceptive electromagnetic stealth. To fully explore the great potential of IRS in the field of electromagnetic stealth, the basic principles, system models, design challenges, and open issues of IRS-enabled electromagnetic stealth were discussed, aiming to provide directional guidance for the future development of electromagnetic stealth technology.

      摘要:In response to the limitations of traditional reconfigurable intelligent surfaces (RIS) in UAV-assisted secure communications, such as insufficient flexibility and inadequate system security, as well as the challenges of low spectral efficiency and poor communication efficiency faced by current half-duplex UAV communication systems, a dual-machine cooperative solution involving aerial reconfigurable intelligent surfaces (ARIS) and full-duplex UAV was proposed, aiming at enhancing communication security and efficiency against ground eavesdroppers. An optimization problem was designed to maximize the minimum average achievable security rate by jointly optimizing user communication scheduling, transmission power, the interference power sent by UAV, their flight trajectories, and the phase shifts and trajectories of ARIS. An iterative algorithm based on alternating optimization (AO), semi-definite relaxation (SDR) techniques, and successive convex approximation (SCA) was proposed to obtain high-quality suboptimal solutions. Simulation results demonstrate the effectiveness of the ARIS and full-duplex UAV combination in enhancing communication quality and security performance, showcasing its superiority in complex security communication environments.

    • Adaptive anti-jamming scheme based on meta-surface antenna

      摘要:Aiming at the problem that traditional anti-jamming schemes cannot choose suitable anti-jamming strategies according to different types of jamming forms, an adaptive anti-jamming scheme based on meta-surface antenna was proposed. According to the incident direction of the expected signal and the jamming signal, the type of jamming was determined and the targeted anti-jamming scheme was formulated. Firstly, an improved sparsity adaptive matching pursuit (SAMP) algorithm was designed to estimate the direction of arrival (DOA). The multi-dimensional observation capability of meta-surface antenna could be used to estimate the source number and DOA of coherent signal sources with high precision under little snapshot sampling. Secondly, the DOA information of the signal was used to judge the existence of main-lobe interference and sidelobe interference, while the corresponding anti-jamming strategy was selected. When the main-lobe jamming existing, the multi-dimensional observation capability of the meta-surface antenna was used to configure the improved blocking matrix preprocessing structure on the antenna to achieve the main-lobe jamming suppression. When side-lobe jamming existing, a quadratic inequality linear power minimization algorithm was used to realize anti jamming. When two jamming forms exist at the same time, blocking matrix and beamforming were used to resist jamming. The simulation results show that the proposed scheme has better signal interference noise ratio (SINR) improvement for different jamming types. When both main-lobe and side-lobe jamming exist, the gain can be improved by up to 6 dB compared with the traditional scheme.

    • IRS-assisted full-duplex ISAC system beamforming design

      摘要:To address the issues of frequency switching differences between communication and sensing systems in traditional integrated sensing and communication (ISAC) scenarios, as well as the susceptibility of communication to obstruction by obstacles, the integration of full-duplex (FD) technology and intelligent reflecting surface (IRS) into the ISAC system was studied. The design of FD beamforming assisted by IRS in the ISAC scenario was investigated. An optimization problem for maximizing the user rates of uplink and downlink beamforming was formulated, considering constraints on IRS phase shift, base station receiving beamforming, the maximum transmission power of the base station, the maximum transmission power of uplink users, and the radar sensing threshold. The original non-convex problem was solved by being transformed into a convex optimization problem through the use of alternating optimization, continuous convex approximation, semi-definite relaxation, variable substitution, and semi-definite programming. Simulation results show that the proposed scheme resulted in an 89.02% enhancement under the communication performance indicators considered compared to the corresponding half-duplex scheme and a 70.15% improvement over the random IRS scheme.

      摘要:Intelligent reflecting surface (IRS)-assisted device-to-device (D2D) communications in heterogeneous cloud radio access network (H-CRAN) were investigated as research background. Resource allocation and Riemannian conjugate gradient (RCG) beamforming optimization were studied, with the objective of system sum rate maximization. System sum rate was formulated as the optimization objective, which was subject to several constraint conditions such as sub-channel reuse coefficient, transmit power threshold, as well as the modulus of the IRS reflection coefficient. To solve the formulated mixed-integer non-linear programming problem, a channel-strength-based deferred acceptance algorithm was proposed to obtain channel reuse indicators. The problem was then decomposed into two subproblems. For transmit power optimization subproblem, successive convex approximation (SCA) was used to solve it. For IRS beamforming optimization subproblem, the beamforming vector constraint was transformed into a complex circular manifold and Riemannian conjugate gradient (RCG) algorithm was implemented to solve it. Simulation results show that, when IRS reflecting elements is 50 and base station maximum transmit power is 46 dBm, compared with the existing channel allocation scheme and random channel allocation scheme, the proposed scheme enhances sum rate performance 5.2 bit/(s·Hz) and 14.6 bit/(s·Hz) respectively. Compared with the communication scenario without IRS, sum rate performance significantly promotes nearly 31.2 bit/(s·Hz) with the deployment of IRS.

    • Analysis of reconfigurable intelligent surface assisted networking

      摘要:Network assisted with reconfigurable intelligent surface is a kind of low-cost and low-power solution which can provide stable, continuous and ubiquitous connection to satisfy deep coverage requirements in 5G-Advanced (5G-A) and 6G era. A kind of reconfigurable intelligent surface assisted high and low frequency collaborative network architecture based on the positioning analysis of reconfigurable intelligent surface technology was proposed. The proportion of base station and reconfigurable intelligent surface collaborative deployment was analyzed. Furthermore, a interference reduction based on bandwidth design scheme was proposed to reduce adjacent frequency interference. System level performance simulation of network assisted with reconfigurable intelligent surface was verified to analyze the impact of reconfigurable intelligent surface deployment location and number of array elements under different UE distribution conditions. The simulation results show that the RIS-assisted network can significantly improve the edge and weak coverage area, so as to improve the network performance of the whole communication system.

      摘要:Passive IoT-based positioning systems are low-cost and taggable, making them suitable for scenarios that require the positioning of a large number of targets. Traditional passive IoT positioning is mostly applied to indoor scenarios such as asset management, material tracking. With the emergence of cellular passive IoT, passive IoT positioning technology will have a broader range of applications. On the basis of analyzing the principles and characteristics of different positioning technologies, the latest research progress of passive IoT positioning was introduced, and the passive IoT positioning technologies were summarized into three categories: geometrical measurement-based positioning methods, fingerprint feature-based positioning methods, and imaging technology-based positioning methods, according to their implementation principles. In view of the fact that most of the current research adopted the data obtained under the traditional passive IoT architecture and protocol for localization, the future development direction of passive IoT positioning technology was analyzed from three dimensions: architectures, protocols and data. The aim is to provide new ideas for researching passive IoT positioning technology.

      摘要:As an integral part to the air, space and ground integrated network, unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) swarms have shown broad application prospects in complex tasks such as emergency search and rescue, offensive and defensive confrontation, intelligence reconnaissance and surveillance. The advancements in unmanned technology, coupled with the increasingly rich applications of multi-UAV collaborative intelligence, have engendered new requisites for the information exchange capabilities within UAV swarm networks. Under the umbrella of intent-based network architecture, UAV swarms are capable of autonomously managing the network, thereby mitigating the intricacies inherent in network management. Introducing intent-driven network into UAV swarm systems urgently requires breakthroughs in smart autonomous network technology to enhance the adaptability of intelligent groups in high-dynamic and uncertain environments. A new perspective and method for the collaborative operation and intelligent decision-making of UAV swarms was provided. The architecture, key technologies, and prospects of intent-based UAV swarm networks management were reviewed. Through in-depth analysis and discussion, a solid theoretical foundation and technical reference were aimed to be provided for the future development of UAV swarms.

      摘要:In the telecom industry, accurate prediction of customer churn is crucial for the companies involved to maintain market competitiveness and increase revenue. To this end, a customer churn prediction framework combining CatBoost algorithm and SHAP model was proposed, aiming to improve the accuracy of prediction and enhance the interpretability of the model. Using the actual business data of a communication company in Xinjiang, the prediction model was constructed through data preprocessing and feature engineering, and five major key performance indicators were selected to evaluate the model performance. The experimental results show that the proposed model outperforms the current mainstream machine learning prediction models in all the above evaluation indicators. Finally, the SHAP framework was introduced to enhance the model interpretability, reveal the key factors affecting customer churn, and provide the specific influence degree of the factors, which provided a scientific basis for telecommunications enterprises to formulate targeted customer retention strategies.

      摘要:The access methods for terminal communication on the distribution network side are diverse. However, due to the lack of complete interconnection among various communication methods, the reliability of communication is compromised. Therefore, it is of great significance to realize automatic switching of various communication access modes and multi-network integration of terminals to improve the reliability of distribution communication network. Based on the research on the wide application of mature technologies such as bidirectional forwarding detection (BFD) link bidirectional monitoring, single-pole double-throw isolation, Bypass technology and tunnel technology in communication networks, the key technologies and integration methods to improve the reliability of distribution network were put forward, and the feasibility of the proposed scheme was verified by building a physical simulation environment. The simulation results show that the proposed scheme can be well applied to the complex distribution network, so as to improve its self-healing ability, meet the requirements of physical isolation and service transmission delay, and improve the reliability of the entire distribution network.

      摘要:With the development of China’s digital economy, Internet traffic has shown a steady growth trend. In view of the problem that the uneven distribution of Internet traffic will affect the long-term stable development of the network, the methods of Internet traffic acquisition and identification were discussed. The network architecture for traffic collection, and the software architecture for traffic analysis were constructed. A feasible market-oriented strategy for regulating and channeling Internet traffic was proposed. The propoced strategy has achieved preliminary results through the practice of operators, and it provides a solution and reference basis to guide the distribution of Internet traffic in a proper way.

      摘要:In recent years, the application of digital twin technology in the field of intelligent management and control of bearer networks has become a new hotspot and research direction. Various research institutions both domestically and internationally are exploring relevant application scenarios and conducting standardization research. Based on the current research on digital twin technology in the field of information and communication, the new challenges faced by the management and control of 5G bearer networks were analyzed, and the application scenarios and requirements of digital twin technology in 5G bearer networks were explored. Based on these typical application scenarios, the design of digital twin application service scheme and the function and data description of emulator components were proposed. Finally, an application case of 5G network slicing resource allocation and change simulation function was described.

      摘要:The research focuses on the entire lifecycle of networks and information systems, aiming at the full-process scenarios of cybersecurity operations. It establishes a capability framework based on robotic process automation (RPA) technology and adaptive cybersecurity technology, along with address the common pain points in cybersecurity operations, such as high manual dependency, relatively fragmented cybersecurity capability platforms, and missing key points in cybersecurity operations. By constructing an automated cybersecurity operation platform based on RPA technology, the automation transformation of daily cybersecurity work was realized, and the remaining human resources were allocated areas that cannot be automated at the moment, such as business-level cybersecurity analysis, business network security penetration, vulnerability mining, and automated operation script development. Ultimately, it aims to alleviate the contradiction of insufficient manpower, reduce personnel shortages, and improve the coverage and efficiency of cybersecurity work.

      摘要:The low carbon target strategy has promoted the rapid growth of distributed energy resources, such as wind power and photovoltaics, and the increase of electric vehicles ownership. Considering the smoothing effect of vehicle to grid (V2G) on the output fluctuation of distributed energy generation, and improving the wind/photovoltaic consumption level, the virtual power plant (VPP) technology was used to achieve unified management of the two, and then the carbon emission of the whole life cycle of electric vehicles and distributed energy generation were combined to establish an optimization model targeting at optimizing the cost of system operation and the cost of carbon emission. The model was solved by particle swarm optimization algorithm. Imental analysis based on example model combined with real vas conducted. The experimental analysis results show that the optimization model can effectively schedule all elements of VPP, and use the charging and discharging of electric vehicles to improve the operation and carbon emission benefits. It may provide a technical reference for the safe and stable operation of the grid system under the background of the low carbon target.
