      摘要:The rapid emergence of new services in IP carrier networks, such as the Internet of vehicles and the industrial Internet, has driven the development of innovative technologies including network slicing and deterministic networking. At the same time, the continuous expansion of network scale has led to increased complexity in operation and maintenance, higher risks in network optimization, and greater challenges in deploying new technologies. To address these issues, a hybrid-driven digital twin network (HD-DTN) architecture was proposed, which integrated numerical simulation and emulation as dual engines to support intelligent network management and evolution. Firstly, the hierarchical architecture of HD-DTN was systematically introduced, elucidating key technologies such as twin entity construction, network intelligent optimization, and service mesh. Secondly, the overall design, northbound and southbound interfaces, as well as communication protocols of HD-DTN were presented. Finally, through application practice in the context of electric power communication networks, it was verified that HD-DTN could effectively mitigate the impacts of network failures and enhance network operation and maintenance efficiency.

      摘要:6G network will have the unprecedented connectivity performance and meet diverse use cases and user demands through the network architecture design that integrates multiple innovative technologies. However, the versatility and flexibility of 6G network will bring the significant challenges for the performance guarantees and the operational maintenance. By leveraging digital twin technology, the digital twin networks can be created. Combined with artificial intelligence and other data analytics techniques, the digital twin networks enable in-depth analysis of network data and prediction of future network behaviors. The performance of 6G networks is ensured and network operations and maintenance are empowered through the cooperation between virtuality and reality. Based on this, the integration of digital twin technology into 6G network was explored, analyzing demand scenarios, network architectures, key technologies, opportunities, and challenges, aiming to chart a development roadmap for digital twin technology enabled 6G network.

      摘要:The construction and application of the evaluation system and maturity model for digital twin capabilities in optical transport network (OTN) were focused on. Firstly, the evaluation requirements and key technologies for digital twin capabilities in OTN were systematically analyzed, and the core characteristics that the evaluation system should possess were proposed. Subsequently, research was conducted on the construction of the evaluation system for OTN capabilities to accurately measure technical proficiency and application effectiveness. Finally, based on the constructed evaluation index framework for capabilities, a maturity model for digital twins in OTN was proposed, encompassing development goals and evaluation factors for each stage. This outlined the future evolution directions and hierarchical evaluation methods for digital twin technology and applications in OTN, providing a reference for the continuous development in this field.

    • Resource allocation scheme for digital twin networks in smart cities

      摘要:Smart cities aim to improve urban management efficiency and enhance residents’ quality of life. As a key element of smart cities, the massive Internet of things (IoT) devices access put higher demands on real-time data and resource management. However, due to insufficient data sharing among entities, data islands are prevalent, becoming an obstacle to the in-depth development of smart cities. Digital twin (DT), as an emerging communication mode, has the potential to eliminate data-sharing barriers in smart cities. A spectrum resource allocation scheme for embedded cognitive radio (CR) assisted non-orthogonal multiple access (NOMA) (CR_NOMA) system was proposed to achieve barrier-free data sharing in the digital twin network of smart cities. Specifically, a novel CR paradigm was firstly proposed, which utilized the spectrum holes in an embedded mode. Namely, the secondary users (SUs) were allowed to access the holes released by idle primary users (PUs) without causing additional interference to other active PUs. Then, considering the channel aging phenomenon, channel prediction was performed to reduce the performance degradation. Finally, an online learning-based spectrum scheduling scheme was designed to realize real-time resource scheduling with the advantage of data sharing between twins. Simulation results demonstrate that the proposed scheme significantly outperforms existing CR_NOMA and traditional NOMA methods. For the same resource block length, the system sum rate increases by 66% compared to the CR_NOMA method, and by 103% compared to the traditional NOMA method. Especially, when the devices are in motion, the performance improvement is more significant.

    • Research on the digital design of LEO constellation systems based on MBSE

      摘要:Compared to traditional high-throughput satellites and ground networks, low earth orbit (LEO) satellite Internet offers significant advantages such as wide coverage, low latency, broadband capacity, and cost-effectiveness. In recent years, countries worldwide were actively deployed LEO constellation systems, and were characteristics of accelerated deployment, rapid iteration, and continuous evolution. However, the rapid expansion of these systems also posed elaborated challenges for system design and performance evaluation. Through the investigatione of the development status of LEO constellation systems and application of model-based system engineering (MBSE) in relevant fields, the key elements of their design were elaborated, then a MBSE process to construct the design model of constellation systems along with the performance evaluation was demonstrated. Additionally, the key technologies that need to be addressed in LEO constellation system design was discussed. Finally, the application of relevant methods in the design of LEO constellation systems was prospected.

      摘要:In the view of poor physical layer security (PLS) performance of decode-and-forward (DF) cooperative non-orthogonal multiple access (NOMA) systems and the problem of hardware impairments in actual transceiver devices, a PLS model for a modify-and-forward (MF) cooperative NOMA system was proposed. In this model, hardware impairments exist in the transmitting and receiving devices of both legitimate and eavesdropping users in a multi-eavesdropping scenario. The transmit antenna selection (TAS) technique is employed at the transmitter to improve its PLS performance over the Nakagami-m fading channel. The approximate expressions for the secure outage probability, asymptotic secure outage probability, and strictly positive secrecy capacity of the MF-NOMA system with TAS were derived by using the Gaussian-Chebyshev quadrature theorem. The numerical calculation results of the secure outage probability and strictly positive secrecy capacity of the MF-NOMA system were consistent with the simulation results. The results show that under the same hardware impairments, the PLS performance of the MF-NOMA system outperforms that of the DF-NOMA system. The more transmit antennas of the base station has, the fewer eavesdroppers exist, the better the PLS performance of MF-NOMA system is. The degree of degradation of the MF-NOMA’s PLS performance caused by hardware impairments is mainly related to each hardware impairment coefficient and the average signal-to-noise ratio of each link, and varies depending on the node where the hardware impairment is located.

    • Parallel carrier synchronization algorithm for high-speed 16APSK signals

      摘要:A high-speed parallel carrier synchronization algorithm for 16APSK signals was proposed. The algorithm utilized a recursive structure to design the loop filter and numerically controlled oscillator. Simulations were conducted on the Simulink platform, and comparative tests were performed with two existing parallel carrier synchronization algorithms under high-speed conditions with a symbol rate of 800 Msps. The results demonstrated that, while maintaining the same bit error rate performance as the comparison algorithms, the capture bandwidth of the proposed algorithm was increased to more than twice that of the comparison algorithms. When using this algorithm for demodulation, the demodulation loss was less than 1.5 dB.

      摘要:With the rapid proliferation of intelligent connected applications in urban environments, the dramatic increase in urban network traffic presents significant challenges. Accurate traffic prediction in cellular base station networks is critical for optimizing resource allocation and scheduling in various applications. However, the complexity of urban cellular traffic necessitates the extraction of deep temporal and spatial features. To address this issue, a novel deep learning framework based on graph convolutional neural networks (GCN) was proposed, named decomposable and interpretable spatiotemporal graph convolutional neural network (DISTGCN). The decomposability of cellular network traffic and its spatiotemporal correlations were leveraged by DISTGCN to enhance prediction accuracy. Furthermore, the decomposed traffic features were shown to provide improved interpretability for the prediction results. Extensive experiments conducted on real-world benchmark datasets demonstrate that DISTGCN significantly outperforms conventional deep learning models and state-of-the-art GNN-based models in terms of prediction performance.

      摘要:To address the spectrum scarcity issue in the 400 MHz dedicated frequency band of railway communication systems, a deep neural network(DNN)-based spectrum sensing method was proposed. By jointly analyzing the spatial-frequency-temporal joint characterization of signals, high-precision spectrum hole detection was achieved while ensuring the communication quality of primary users. The implementation procedure was conducted as follows: firstly, the received sensing samples were processed by cognitive users, where energy features, power spectral density, and cyclostationary characteristics were extracted and concatenated into a signal feature matrix as the neural network input. Subsequently, each modal feature was deeply represented through a feature embedding module. Finally, two multilayer perceptron (MLP) modules in the hybrid sensing layer were utilized to extract both intra-modal features and inter-modal correlations, followed by spectrum decision-making. Experimental results demonstrate that under simulated conditions with a false alarm probability of 0.01 and signal-to-noise ratio (SNR) of -10 dB, the proposed method achieves a detection probability of 99.8%. Compared with existing spectrum sensing methods based on convolutional neural networks (CNN) and convolutional long short-term memory deep neural networks, the detection probability was improved by 3.23% and 2.61% on average, respectively. This method provides a highly reliable solution for dynamic spectrum access in heterogeneous railway communication systems.

    • Research on an automated penetration testing framework based on LLM and RAG

      摘要:With the increasing severity of network threats, automated penetration testing has become a research focus in the field of cybersecurity. Existing studies had preliminarily explored the feasibility of leveraging large language model(LLM) for automated penetration testing but still face challenges in process continuity and generation relevance. To address these issues, a multi-agent collaborative automated penetration testing framework named Pentest-Chain was proposed, where specialized agents worked cooperatively to complete different phases of penetration testing tasks. To enhance generation relevance, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) technology was introduced, leveraging both external knowledge bases and internal experience repositories to improve the accuracy and reliability of the agents' outputs. Experimental results demonstrated that the Pentest-Chain framework achieved a 17.0% overall improvement in task success rate compared to single-agent approaches. Further ablation studies confirmed that the integration of the RAG module played a critical role in boosting task success rates while significantly optimizing generation relevance and accuracy during task execution.

    • Approach of dense video captioning based on multimodal memory knowledge

      摘要:Dense video captioning aims to localize events in an untrimmed video and generate a corresponding captions for each meaningful event. Existing methods mainly utilize the source video input to generate captions, and these methods are unable to capture the implicit knowledge in the video, i.e., the multimodal memory knowledge such as visual, audio, text, etc., implicit in the video, where the multimodal memory knowledge can be understood as a collection of meaningful words corresponding to the objects, actions, and attributes within the video. In order to solve the problem, an approach of dense video captioning based on the multimodal memory knowledge was proposed. Not only the multimodal information of the video itself was utilized, but also the multimodal memory knowledge related to the video was expanded, by which the accuracy of dense video captioning generation was greatly improved. Firstly, a multimodal memory knowledge base was constructed, a modal sharing encoder-based event localization module was designed to achieve deep fusion between multimodal features of the source video and generate high-quality event proposals. Then, visual, audio and textual memory knowledge closely related to the candidate event proposals was retrieved from the multimodal external memory knowledge base as a priori information for caption generation. Finally, with the designed memory-enhanced decoder, the multimodal memory knowledge and video multimodal information were effectively combined to generate detailed and dense video captioning. The results of extensive comparison experiments with current mainstream algorithms on ActivityNet Captions and YouCook2 datasets as well as ablation experiments demonstrate the effectiveness of the method.

      摘要:The integrated satellite-terrestrial fusion network, representing a pioneering direction in communication technology, is driven by the need to leverage complementary strengths of both domains. This convergence, while offering extensive application prospects, impose heightened demands on the flexibility of satellite terminal access and detachment processes due to the increasing architectural complexity. Against this background, a collaborative management system for terminal users was proposed. Through a comprehensive analysis of technical characteristics and operational scenarios, functional modules and workflows were designed to decouple home location dependencies during network transitions. This approach effectively addressed critical challenges, including redundant administrative management across spatial and terrestrial segments and inconsistencies in user state synchronization. By implementing bidirectional yet asymmetric synchronization protocols, seamless cross-domain coordination and real-time monitoring of orbital assets were achieved. These advancements enhanced the robustness of the integrated network and improved the agility of terminal mobility management.

    • A combined RSS-AOA localization method based on convex combination

      摘要:Aiming at the problem of the combined received signal strength (RSS)-angle of arrival (AOA) localization in wireless sensor networks, a new convex combination positioning method was proposed. This method estimated the target’s location by using a convex combination of several specific points, called virtual points. Two methods were provided to construct the virtual points, which employ quadratically constrained quadratic programming (QCQP) and semidefinite programming (SDP). On basis of this, the nonconvex problems with respect to the maximum likelihood (ML) estimation of the target location were converted to be convex, and the combination coefficients were obtained. Then the target was localized. Numerical examples demonstrate the better accuracy of the proposed method than several existing methods in the literature. Especially, the proposed method outperforms the linear least squares method by approximately 40%. Besides, its localization result can serve as a good initialization for the ML method to refine the localization performance.

      摘要:By adaptively enhancing the terrestrial 5G new radio (NR) protocol for satellite communication scenarios, 3GPP non-terrestrial network (NTN) fully integrates the advantages of terrestrial and non-terrestrial networks with continuous evolution capability, which is therefore regarded as an essential enabler for space-ground integration. To address the constraints of limited satellite-ground transmission power and spectral resources, alongside the demand for wide coverage and high capacity, two key sub-topics were prioritized in the Rel-19 NR NTN standardization: downlink coverage enhancement and uplink capacity/throughput enhancement. Based on this, the technical challenges of NTN transmission were firstly outlined. Then, the technical solutions and standardization progress involved in these sub-topics were comprehensively introduced and analyzed. Finally, the potential transmission enhancement technologies for Rel-20 NR NTN were prospected.

      摘要:As a new infrastructure that integrated computing power and network, the new intelligent computing center not only provided flexible computing services, but also its network security had become crucial. Based on the study of the deployment of computing power network services, the different security requirements of the intelligent computing center for incoming, inside, and between computing networks were analyzed, a cryptographic application workflow was constructed, and a key distribution mechanism based on domestic cryptographic algorithms was proposed to solve the security problems of different links and demands of the intelligent computing center, it provids reference for the planning and construction of the intelligent computing center.

      摘要:In industrial scenarios, the stability of networks is crucial. A 5G air interface dual-transmission and selection reception technology solution for industrial Internet was proposed and was tested and applied it in the control scenario of the stacker-reclaimer. The study found that the technical solution significantly reduced the packet loss rate through mechanisms such as dual-frequency networking, data redundant transmission of dual-5G customer premises equipment (CPE), real-time link monitoring and optimal path selection by the user plane function (UPF) on the receiving side, and adaptability adjustments for industrial scenarios. However, the expected improvement in latency and jitter was not achieved. It demonstrated significant practical significance in field application scenarios such as bucket wheel machine control. This indicated that 5G technology can meet the needs of some industrial networks, and further exploration and optimization of air interface transmission technology will be required in the future to more comprehensively meet the stringent requirements of industrial Internet.

      摘要:As the data base of electric energy accounting between electric power enterprises and users, the accuracy of electric energy measurement is closely related to the interests of enterprises and users. The wrong wiring check is an important link to ensure the correct measurement of electric energy metering device. The wiring characteristics of three-phase three-wire energy metering devices were analyzed, and the relationship between the meter's measurement data and different wiring configurations was examined. The correspondence between the range of phase angles between measured current and voltage and the wiring configurations was summarized into a table, enabling rapid identification of wiring modes in three-phase three-wire energy meters. Based on this, the theoretical method for detecting incorrect wiring was transformed into an algorithmic model, and an automated wiring judgment system software was designed using the meter's measurement data. This system replaced manual periodic on-site inspections with remote automatic detection, significantly improving the efficiency of incorrect wiring identification while greatly reducing labor and material costs.
