摘要

分析了国内外互联网电视的产业现状和发展趋势，详细阐述了互联网电视的系统框架和关键技术点，从电信运营商角度思考市场的运营策略和推广方式，并利用已有资源优势制定合理的技术发展策略。

Abstract

This paper introduces the development of domestic and abroad internet TV industry and analyzes the system framework and key technologies of internet TV. From the perspective of telecom operators

operating strategies and market promotion are discussed for making use of advantages of telecom resources to develop reasonable technology strategy.
