摘要

详细探讨和介绍了基于电视部署社交化多媒体通信业务的策略，提出与现网结合进行系统部署的方案。为了有效提升电视上的社交体验和通信质量，对屏幕应用适配、视频叠加、实时视频编解码、视频质量自适应等关键技术进行了研究与分析。最后通过实验室测试，验证了本方案在现网应用的可行性。

Abstract

The strategy of social video communication service based on TV was discussed and introduced

and system deployment solutions in current network were proposed.For good social experience and communication quality

the key technologies were analyzed

including screen adaptation

video overlay

real time video codec and video quality self-adaption etc.At last

by laboratory testing

the whole solutions can be applied in current network feasibly.
