摘要

通信工程采购环节是通信工程建设领域风险较大的环节之一，企业迫切需要将通信工程采购的监督体系构建得更加完整。结合工作实际，分析了通信工程采购中的主要风险点，提出了通信工程采购监督中存在的困难，基于廉洁风险防控的理论模型研究了通信工程采购的过程监督和风险防控机制。

Abstract

Communication engineering procurement is one of the largest risks in the communication engineering construction.Combining working practice，the main risk points in communication engineering procurement were analyzed，and the difficulties in communication engineering procurement supervision were also proposed.Based on the theoretical model of the risk prevention and control，the process supervision and risk prevention and control mechanism of communication engineering procurement were studied.
