对一个运营商EUTRAN组网时采用两个或多个PLMN的场景进行了描述,并分场景重点分析了多PLMN EUTRAN组网中的移动管理流程。分析表明,基于3GPP的标准协议,一个运营商在多PLMN EUTRAN组网时可以实现正常的移动性管理,保证用户业务体验的连续性。
The use cases of two or multiple PLMNs for one operator were provided.And then
the procedures of mobility management of multiple-PLMN networking were analyzed for different use cases.As a conclusion
it was feasible for a operator to achieve normal mobility management and keep continuity of service when EUTRAN networking with multiple PLMNs.
