摘要

摘要：融合通信是运营商应对OTT 竞争的重要抓手，对运营商部署融合通信的关键问题进行了研究，分析了融合通信与现有语音、短/彩信业务、运营商已有的即时通信OTT应用的关系，研究了网络部署方案，并提出了业务开通、计费方面应考虑的问题。

Abstract

Converged communication service is an important method for telecom operators to compete with OTT （over the top）internet application service.The critical issues of converged communication service commercial deployment were studied.The relation of converged communication service with traditional services was analyzed.The solutions of network deployment were discussed

and the problems of service opening and billing that should be taken into account were proposed.
