摘要

简要介绍了两种V2X技术路线，以典型的V2X应用场景为例，提出了V2X应用部署初期应仅提供车辆主动安全提醒服务的观点。从公众移动通信网提供V2X应用的角度，提出了V2X运营中所需的功能需求，包括：身份鉴权、通信功能、通信兼容性、与交通系统对接、运行维护等功能，并提出了身份证书发放、运行维护测量消息的具体设想。

Abstract

Two kinds of V2X technology were introduced briefly and several typical V2X use cases were listed.It was suggested that V2X applications should be deployed with vehicular active safety function firstly.Based on V2X communication of PLMN，operation requirements were provided，including identity authentication，communication function，interoperation of communication，interface with road transport system，operation and maintenance， especially including ideas of delivering identity certifications and measurement messages.
