摘要

目前，急救医疗需求快速增长，急救系统信息化水平低，信息化标准有待完善。基于对急救医疗信息服务现状的分析，提出了以智能车管和远程诊疗为核心的急救车车载信息服务是未来的重要发展方向，探讨了急救车车载信息服务的内涵、实现架构、关键技术和服务模式。

Abstract

Currently，the demand of emergency medical grows rapidly，informationization level of rescue system is low，and standards of information technology need to be improved.Based on the analysis of the current situation of the information service for ambulance，it was proposed that telematics of ambulance with the core of intelligent vehicle and remote diagnosis and treatment was an important development direction.Connotation，architecture，key technologies and service mode for telematics of ambulance were discussed.
