班组是科研院所最前沿、最活跃的组织单元,班组建设的成效直接关乎到整个企业的可持续健康发展。如何根据科研院所自身特点,提出针对性高、创新性强、实施有效的班组建设模型,努力提高科研院所的基层建设能力具有重要的研究价值和意义。通过对通信行业科研院所与通信运营商的共性与差异性分析,结合通信行业科研院所自身特点提出了卓越班组建设模型。进一步总结归纳了科研院所实施卓越班组建设的各种有效措施。最后,通过对该模型的实际应用效果的效益分析,表明该模型在改进科研院所基层班组建设思路、提升企业战略执行力以及增强班组创造力和凝聚力等方面的效果显著。
Team is the forefront of scientific research institutes and the most active organizational unit
the effectiveness of team construction is directly related to the sustainable and healthy development of the entire enterprise. According to the characteristics of scientific research institutes
a model of team construction which was highly targeted
innovative and effective
was put forwand.Through the communication industry research institutes and telecom operators of the common and difference analysis
combined with the characteristics of the communications industry research institutes
excellent team construction model was put forward. Various effective measures of implementing outstanding team construction of scientific research institutes were further summed up. Finally
the effectiveness of the model was analyzed
and the results show that the model is effective in improving the train of thought
promoting the strategy execution ability and enhancing the creativity and cohesion of the research team.
