信息通信行业高速发展,行业技术人才供给不足,特别是领军人才稀缺。基于信息通信行业领军人才的特征及需求,对政府、高校、企业等人才培养主体如何发挥作用进行了论述,从政策制定、基础教育和环境营造3个维度提出了思考和建议,为行业人才队伍建设提供借鉴。
Due to the rapid development of information and communication industry
there is a shortage in professional and technical personnel supplication
especially the talents. Based on the characteristics and demand of talents in information and communication industry
