随着全球互联网和物联网服务的延伸,可以实现包括南北两极在内全球无缝覆盖的低轨通信星座又一次进入了发展机遇期。通过分析国外典型星座的特点,结合我国“科技创新2030—重大项目”:天地一体化信息网络重大工程的发展背景,提出了一种创新的低轨移动及宽带通信星座方案构想,并给出了发展建议,希望能够为相关系统研制提供参考。
With the extension of global internet and IoT (internet of things)
LEO (low earth orbit) communication constellation which can achieve seamless coverage of the world including the two poles once again meets the opportunity for development.An innovative scheme of LEO mobile and broadband internet constellation was proposed after analyzing the characteristics of typical foreign constellations and combining with Science and Technology Innovation 2030 Major Project:Space Integrated Ground Network.Development suggestions that can lay the foundation for relevant research and system construction were presented.
