船舶岸电系统能给靠港船舶提供可靠供电,达到节能减排的目的,是港口和船舶供电领域的一大进步。以移动式岸电系统为例,介绍了技术的必要性,对靠港船舶岸电信息管理与监控系统的功能进行了分析,总体框架分为 4 层,论述了每层的基本功能和相互关系,详细分析了软件设计的架构和功能模块,并介绍了各功能模块软件研究开发情况。
The ship shore power system can provide reliable power supply to moored ships and achieve the purpose of energy saving and emission reduction.It is a major advancement in the field of power supply for ports and ships.Taking mobile shore power system as an example
the necessity of using shore power technology for ships was introduced.The function of ship-to-shore power information management and monitoring system was analyzed.The overall framework was divided into four levels and discussed.The basic functions and interrelationships of the layers were analyzed in detail.The architecture and functional modules of the software design were described
and the research and development of the software of each functional module were introduced.
