运营商网络重构的基本技术思路是以 DC 为核心进行建设。在现网规模试商用经验总结基础之上,提出了三级DC架构、统一通信云基础设施部署、城域网vBRAS资源池和转控分离方案。并从业务角度出发,提出城域网业务率先从大会话小流量和IPTV场景切入,从而加快运营商城域DC的建设,培养运营商ICT融合运维能力,切实推动城域网重构有序进行。
