网络化、智慧化是交互服务系统的今后发展方向,互联网普及和丰富的社交渠道对智能交互服务有着现实需求,高质量低成本的智能交互解决方案成为各行业重点关注并亟待解决的主要问题。依托人工智能技术引入意图识别、语义理解、对话判断等智能手段,融合场景化设计和知识碎片加工技术给实现交互服务智能化带来了新的手段和契机。分析了现有交互系统面临的问题,在此基础上设计提出了智能交互系统的关键功能要素和系统架构组成,以阐述基于人工智能的智能交互系统的研究探索。
