5G网络具有大带宽、广覆盖、低时延等优点,将人与人之间的通信,拓展到人与物、物与物之间的通信,开启万物互联时代,但由于网络规划设计及安全、管理等原因,现有5G 2C网络不适用于行业企业。因此,各大运营商正倾力打造5G 2B专网。特别地,将5G赋能传统工业,可以促进传统行业的智慧化、数字化以及网络化,有效提升生产效率以及生产质量。基于此,在研究5G关键技术的基础上,结合了国内某工厂实际工业场景,探索5G专网与传统工业制造领域深度融合的解决方案,从而实现工厂智慧化改造。

the existing 5G network does not apply to 2C industry enterprises.Therefore
the major operators are striving to build 5G 2B private network.In particular
enabling 5G to traditional industries can promote the intelligence
digitization and networking of traditional industries
and effectively improve production efficiency and quality.Based on the research of 5G key technology
combined with the actual industrial scene of a domestic factory
the solution of deep integration of 5G private network and traditional industrial manufacturing field was explored
so as to realize the intelligent transformation of the factory.
