针对基层供电所普遍存在的业务系统数量多、移动应用体验差、系统线上不联动、系统数据获取难等问题,研究了零代码技术和机器人流程自动化(robotic process automation,RPA)技术的创新运用,建设供电所末端业务融合数字引擎,实现基层员工零代码方式自主构建工单应用,对工单进行全流程管控,并且工单可以跨内外网协同联动。通过在电费、计量、物资等各个专业的应用,实现基层常用业务的工单化、线上化、自动化,为基层减负增效。
