摘要

电力骨干通信网业务需求分析及业务流量测算是进行通信网规划和优化的重要工作。按照智能电网电力骨干通信网承载业务的情况，按专线业务及IP业务分别提出了电力骨干通信网基础业务模型及业务流量测算方法，形成了电网典型业务节点业务流量测算模型和方法。基于“十三五”电力骨干通信网业务需求，对典型电网生产业务及典型管理信息化业务流量模型进行了研究，形成了每类业务的流向和流量计算模型。形成的各类业务流量测算模型已经应用于国家电网公司“十三五”通信规划中，为电力系统各级骨干通信网规划提供了科学指导与参考。

the typical power system production and management information service model were carried out and the every service data flow could be calculated.The service models and service data flow calculation method were used in the “13

Five-Year” plan communication net-work plan of state grid.
