人工智能、认知计算、决策支持技术的概念及研究已经跨出实验室,进入真正的实用阶段,其现实价值超过了技术研究者最初的认识,其本质是对信息、数据进行加工生产的技术,而这种生产加工不但可以给人们提供更加便捷的生活,还将对未来人们的生产、生活方式产生根本性的影响,对未来国家经济生活的运行方式、未来社会的组织结构产生深远的影响。首先介绍了人工智能技术的基本概念,然后研究了人工智能技术对未来经济生活的重要意义,人工智能技术开发、积累、复用、平台化的特征及其所面临的问题,最后初步分析了运营商接应人工智能技术研究及应用策略的思考。
