摘要

为适应“集约化运营”的维护体制改革要求，中国电信集团将逐步对动环监控系统中的所有信号进行规范化、标准化的设置，并建立省级动环网管平台。通过对江苏电信动环监控系统存在的问题进行充分的研究，从局站名称、设备名称、信号名称和信号属性的统一入手，最终探索出可以简单复制的标准化模式，并对省级动环网管平台的收敛模式和各单元的功能进行详细的分析，对制定动环监控系统的集约化规范具有很好的借鉴作用。

and signals and attributes of signals was found; a detailed analysis of the convergence mode of the provincial power and environment management platform and the function of each unit was carried out

which may contribute to a great extent to the establishment of the criteria for the power and environment system.
