摘要

从大数据的概念与特征入手，探讨大数据与信息价值、信息链的理论联系，基于信息价值链视角对企业大数据策略进行理论推导，探索大数据在电信运营商经营活动中的增值机制。基于此，针对当前电信运营商大数据策略，从数据输入端、数据流程域、信息输出端3个方面提出具体策略建议。

Abstract

Starting from the concept and characteristics of big data

the theoretical connection between big data and information value

as well as information chain was discussed.From the perspective of information value chain

a theoretical derivation was made on enterprise' big data strategy and based on that

value-added mechanisms of big data in telecom carrier's operating activities were specially explored.Finally the concrete suggestions to telecom carriers on the following areas of big data:data input terminal

data flow field and data output terminal were given.
