摘要

移动互联网时代的到来，使得传统通信产业的去中心化、集群化、生态化趋势日趋明显，“开放平台”已成为不可逆的发展方向。新兴产业力量，如终端厂商及互联网企业利用开放平台在移动互联网产业链主导权的争夺中取得了先发优势。为帮助电信运营商确保和重构产业话语权，研究了开放平台的生态体系及第三方服务市场，并提出了电信运营商发展开放平台的策略建议。

Abstract

With the coming of mobile internet

the trend of traditional communication industry has become decentralized

clustering

ecological

and“open platform”has been irreversible. Emerging industrial power

such as terminal producers and internet companies

has gained the first mover advantage in the control of the mobile internet industry chain by using the open platform. In order to help telecom operators to insure and reconfigure the discourse power

the ecological system of open platform and the third party service market were studied

and the strategy and suggestion for telecom operators to build open platform were put forward.
