摘要

摘要：介绍了欧洲、美国、俄罗斯等地区和国家车辆事故公共紧急救援呼叫的现状，对基于车联网的车辆事故公共紧急救援呼叫中牵涉到的技术指标、通信技术及汽车电子技术进行分析，并介绍了下一代车辆事故紧急救援呼叫发展趋势。最后结合国内现状，对未来国内开展车辆事故紧急救援呼叫进行建议。

Abstract

The situation of public emergency call service in Europe

USA and Russia etc was described. And it made analysis for technology indexes

telecommunication technologies and vehicle electronic technologies involved in emergency call. Then the development tendency of next generation emergency call technologies was described and some advices for how to construct public emergency call in China were given.
