摘要：首先介绍国内外电信运营大数据发展现状，然后总结了国内电信运营商大数据发展面临的挑战，进一步提出了面向统一运营的电信运营商大数据战略，并对大数据资产盘点和大数据服务平台架构和功能进行详细阐述。

Abstract

Firstly

the current situation on big data practice of telecom operators was introduced. Then challenges faced by local telecom operators when developing big data were summarized. Furthermore

the unified operation oriented big data strategy for telecom operators was proposed. Finally

inventory of big data assets and the architecture of big data service platform were described in detail.
