摘要:PCC是3GPP在R7阶段提出的策略与计费控制架构,目前已经发展到R12,其主要功能是进行策略和计费控制。介绍了CDMA网络中的PCC构架、主要网元功能、业务场景以及网络演进策略,通过对CDMA网络PCC的介绍,阐述了CDMA网络智能管道的一种实现方法。
PCC is the abbreviation of policy and charging control
which was introduced in 3GPP R7 and now it is in R12 stage. Policy control and flow based charging is the main function of PCC. The architecture
the main network elements of PCC deployed in CDMA network were introduced
and also some business scenarios were depicted. At last the evolution strategy of PCC from CDMA to LTE was provided.
