摘要

在大数据快速发展的时代，电信运营商拥有丰富的大数据资产，亟待通过大数据业务的创新发展，释放管道中庞大数据的潜在力量。指出电信大数据生态的构建将帮助电信运营商有效解决大数据业务发展中遇到的问题，带来新的价值增长；并阐明电信大数据生态的目标形态和构建方法。

Abstract

In the era of rapid development of big data

telecom operator has abundant big data assets and need to unlock the potential of huge data in pipelines through the innovation and development of big data services urgently.The construction of telecom big data ecosystem would help telecom operator solve the problems encountered in the development of big data services effectively and new value growth would be brought out.The target form and construction steps of telecom big data ecosystem were also clarified.
