摘要

针对电信运营商的工程建设质量检测场景，提出了基于YOLO目标检测算法搭建智能化识别模型的方法，结合基于轻量化的YOLO-Fastest目标检测算法进行能力建设来提升模型的可用性和实时性、使用图像数据增强等技术提升模型的泛化性、通过聚类算法提升模型的精准性3项举措，并基于RESTful协议部署API开放该能力以供App端调用，实现智能化质量检测替代人工质检。
