- 摘要：With the development of OTT TV service, more and more influences on IPTV service were brought. So based on the current situation, the different technical realizations between OTT TV and IPTV were discussed. And the theory of video coding technique, steaming transmission technique and terminal technique were expound, specially the differences between OTT TV and IPTV were compared. - 摘要：Based on the engineering model for VBR video traffic, the flow characteristics of VBR video based on user requested arriving time interval was analyzed. Studies show that in compatible with the existing IPTV terminal and platform system, even without the use of any video smoothing technology, self-average can be obtained 30%～50% statistical gain through using statistical random characteristics of large scale VBR video traffic in IPTV on demand business. - 摘要：Some recent developments in different multi-screen interaction technologies that were used on internet streaming video industry were presented, several multi-screen interaction technologies such as DLNA、Miracast were introduced. The characteristic of these technologies were discussed, and their differences were compared. - 摘要：Family multi-terminal interconnection is the core technology to realize smart home. Mainstream technology of family multi-terminal interconnection and networking at domestic and foreign were analyzed systematically. - 摘要：Based on the new business requirements in network convergence, the demand of intelligent voice search service was analyzed. And a systematic solution of voice search on smart STB was presented, including functionality analysis, and comparison with similar products. - 摘要：In recent decades, the existing IP network has little innovation, SDN may be the next round of the network technology revolution, and it will bring the huge market potential. From the SDN archiecture by analyzing the OpenDaylight project and the concept of bilateral market, a SDN resource management architecture based on bilateral market and a multi-platform selection algorithm based on the extension of FPM were proposed. - 摘要：A large amounts of surveys results show that free riding is a common phenomenon in today's network. Because of wireless mesh networks with limited bandwidth, a large number of free riders lead to network congestion so that will impact the performance of network. A strategy to overcome free riders in wireless mesh network was presented. Firstly, to determine whether could cause congestion as the premise, by trust mechanism based on game and reward and punishment mechanism in grades, made the overload nodes priority to meet the contribution value higher nodes. - 摘要：When routing the end-to-end path in the overlay network for VoIP service, it is necessary to ensure the path delay less than 150 ms. Due to the triangle inequality variations existed generally in the overlay network, the current research focus on building a multi-path routing using relay node selection algorithms instead of the end-to-end path to guarantee the VoIP service delay requirements. But the existed relay algorithms have limitations, such as deployment difficult, ignoring the difference between the paths. A new algorithm-a path-priority based relay selection algorithm for VoIP was proposed. First, the concept of the path priority degrees was introduced to describe the reference delay and the difference with the default IP path. Then a relay table was built and the best node was selected from the table to route the path. The algorithm reduced the delay further through two-hop relay selection algorithm at last. - 摘要：A quality of service framework based on grade for WBAN that have three different grades was proposed. Utilizing time slot-based CSMA/CA of beacon enabled model of IEEE 802.15.4, guaranteed time slot and traffic differentiation,the QoS framework was implemented. - 摘要：With the rapid development of the telecom industry, the main perception from mobile communication users in the original coverage transferred to the signal stability. Most of the reasons for the decline of the user perception are due to the abnormality of the engineering parameters of the base station antenna. In order to improve the efficiency of the management of base station engineering parameters, and engineering parameters for centralized statistics, analysis, trend prediction, and better serving the network optimization of the mobile operators, a set of management system was proposed for mobile communication base station parameters cooperating to the engineering parameters collection terminal of the base station. - 摘要：With the development of Web and wireless sensor networks, the appearance of big data has brought a great challenge to data query and process. The parallel Skyline computing issue of a moving query object under the MapReduce framework was studied. To solve the problem of load balance, a method based on angle partition was adopted. Then a filtering method was introduced to improve the efficiency. On the basis of those methods, a static Skyline algorithm and an event tracking algorithm named MR-Track were implemented respectively. - 摘要：The channel allocation in wireless network will greatly affect the whole performance of the network. In order to solve this optimization problem, a kind of non cooperation channel allocation algorithm based on imperfect information was put forward. The network scene was assumed to be multihop Ad Hoc networks. So the multi-domain modeling conflict was more realistic. The algorithm constantly cyclically changed radio channel for each user to attempt to close to the Nash equilibrium point. The simulation results show that the algorithm can make the channel allocation strategy close to Nash equilibrium. - 摘要：An alarm message detection algorithm for the traffic accident based on linear cooperative strategy in vehicular Ad Hoc network was proposed, and it was composed of two parts: local detection and global detection. Cluster heads received the statistics of detection signal strength from local mobile vehicle node, and conducted global linear combination to make a final decision. - 摘要：A network topology discovery algorithm was given which had the characteristic of rapid and less extra traffic. The path data were stored by database to facilitate the retrieval and processing of data. Then based on the principle of H3 visualization, the source data was processed to get the needed input file. Finally the network topology was displayed in the hyperbolic space. - 摘要：Femtocell is the micro base station for solving the problem of mobile communication coverage indoor, which can serve indoor users with high speed broadband at a relatively low power. It can solve the indoor communication coverage problem in city life. Femtocell will become the one of the main means of indoor communication service in the future. However femtocell is facing the great challenges of communication interference management as other communication equipment. The normal interference technologies with femtocell under MIMO, OFDM and OFDMA system were firstly introduced, and then the background of interference problem in femtocell was introduced. - 摘要：The two-tier operation mechanism, and local operation and maintenance convention of China Telecom made the headquarter lack of customer information, price plans, sales management, product data etc. The way was discussed that uploading the data scattered in each province to the headquarter IT center in real time and synchronously. - 摘要：On the basis of introducing the functions of LTE network tester, the Diameter protocol's basic concept and functions of S6a interface were described, and the Diameter protocol monitoring scheme were designed. In consideration of the characteristics of Diameter message structure, the Diameter protocol decoding scheme was designed with the idea of modularization. Previous networks monitoring technology for CDR synthetic has the problem of insufficient timeliness, so a new CDR synthetic scheme with caching index algorithm and overtime management mechanism was proposed. It ensures the effectiveness and the validity of CDR synthetic, greatly improving the efficiency of synthesis. - 摘要：Referred to the development trend of the communication industry, the changes of IP network equipment testing requirements were analyzed and the limitations of the traditional testing method were explained. Through evolution of carrier's business in the future, a new method of IP network equipment business superposition test was put forward, and the core router was introduced to establish multi-service overlay test model and realization process. The multi-service stressing test case about the core router was discussed in detail.
