研究了5GtoB发展中的两种不同业务模式,当前toB类业务更倾向于采用项目化业务模式,而非产品化业务模式,这将成为5GtoB规模化发展过程中的重要障碍。在此基础上,对当前数字化转型浪潮中的流程创新、产品创新、服务创新3类创新模式进行了对比分析,融入产品创新是5GtoB实现产品化、规模化发展的关键路径,而服务创新将进一步扩大5GtoB的应用领域,推动其平台化发展。
Two different business models of 5GtoB were analyzed
the current toB business tend to adopt the project business model rather than the product business model
which will become an important obstacle in the large-scale development of 5GtoB.On this basis
three types of innovation modes in the current wave of digital transformation were analyzed
including process innovation
product innovation and service innovation
and integrating product innovation is the key path for 5GtoB to realize product business model and large-scale development
and service innovation will further expand the application field of 5GtoB and drive the development of platform.
