摘要

摘要：M2M技术是智慧城市的关键技术之一。M2M的通信特征和业务特征对LTE演进背景下的通信运营商移动网络系统提出了新的要求。针对M2M通信特征，描述了运营商移动网络的改进进展、改进思路和网络演进的3个阶段。针对M2M业务特征，描述了3GPP的SCS体系、可管理M2M通道以及通过OTA进行运营商切换的GSMA eSIM体系。

Abstract

M2M is one key technology for smart city. Both communication characteristics and business characteristics of M2M have raised new requirements for mobile networks. For communication characteristics

the network improvement work by 3GPP and 3GPP2

two different network adaptation ways

and three phases of network evolution for M2M were discussed. For business characteristics

SCS from 3GPP

manageable M2M communication pipe

and GSMA eSIM were described.
