摘要

在国家政策的大力支持下，国内各城市都在积极推进车联网产业发展。结合车联网产业实际情况以及未来“一城一网一平台”的发展研判，分析影响车联网项目建设的主要参与主体、建设和运营内容，结合项目属性定位，总结分析车联网项目的多种建设运营模式，指导各城市车联网建设发展，并对下一步发展进行展望。
