摘要

从智能网联（ICV）的发展现状及面临的行业挑战出发，提出了智能网联1.0和智能网联2.0的概念以及相应的发展思路。随后介绍了如何通过泛V2X实现智能网联1.0阶段突破以及通过车城网平台实现双智，并提出智能网联 2.0 的愿景是构建基于智能网联的交通实时数字孪生以及面向双智的实时数字孪生城市。最后，着重介绍了面向双智的实时数字孪生城市的构建方法以及相关的创新实践。

Abstract

Based on the development status and industry challenges of intelligent connected vehicles (ICV)

the concepts and development strategies of ICV 1.0 and ICV 2.0 were proposed.Pan-V2X which aimed to achieve the breakthrough of ICV 1.0 and the vehicle-city coordination platform which was the core platform of ICV 2.0 were introduced.The vision of ICV 2.0 was to build transport real-time digital twin based on ICV and real-time digital twin city for coordinated development of ICV and smart city.The construction methods and innovative practices of real-time digital twin city for coordinated development of ICV and smart city were finally introduced.
