摘要

“云大物移智（云计算、大数据、物联网、移动互联网、智慧城市）”的新技术时代背景下，财务机器人技术作为人工智能领域的重要应用，已经成熟应用，可以将财务人员从大量的、重复的、有规则的事务性工作中解放出来，将更多的资源、精力投入财务分析、科学决策等高附加值工作中。通过安全智能财务机器人软件，配套建立安全风险管控体系、智能化应用场景，扩展兼容OCR、语音、智能客服、深度学习等技术，提高跨业务协同、跨系统处理、操作自动化效率，有效地把控财务内控风险、数据资产效率及财务分析决策能力，提升客户体验，为电力企业提供良好的管理效益和经济效益。因此通过电力企业应用财务机器人的实践案例，探索 RPA 技术对财务数字化转型的作用，研究 RPA 的风险管控方式，对提升电网企业综合管理水平具有重要的现实意义。

Abstract

In the era of big data

characterized as an important part of the field of artificial intelligence application

RPA technology can free financial personnel from large number of repetitive tasks and help them to invest more energy into high value-added work such as analysis and decision-making.By introducing RPA

power enterprises could improve the efficiency of financial process as well as the accuracy of financial data.RPA would also provide management and economic benefits to power enterprises through standardizing business processes.Therefore

it is important to explore the role of RPA technology in financial digital transformation through the practical case.Mean-while

it is necessary for managers to realize and control the risk caused by RPA.
